The Best-Preserved Spanish-Colonial
Architecture in the US

Designated A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Mission Conception was established in 1731 and is considered the best-preserved Spanish colonial structure in the US. Located approximately three miles south of downtown, take a guided tour of this church to admire the architecture and extensive art that was etched in the walls and ceiling. Services and mass are still in use at this mission which appears very much as it did over two centuries ago. Spend the day outdoors and visit all four missions while visiting San Antonio, just a few minutes from Holiday Inn.
